What do I do when. My resources are full and can't collect anymore? What do I use it on so that I can keep collecting?

Build extra stuff , even though you may not need the items at this time you will have them on hand when you do ..
If you keep continuing to have 99 peaces, The market asks to help them out by collecting for them. That way you'll lose some in The inventory.
