For fast cash, you buy them for real money which is going to cost you, if you are going to do this wait it out until they have sale which is every 2 to 4 months. But for if you have time, to left of your screen, midway through there is an icon, press that, send your self a text message(game takes you to messages, don't do it yourself) and if you are lucky you get 2 cash or 300 parts. You can do this 2 per 23:59:58(hrs:min:sec)
