How do you get animals in your trophy room because sometimes when you kill then they are not there?

It is because I'd you have filled up your trophy room then you can't add any more animals
Once the trophy room is full, it only puts higher scoring ones in to replace lower scoring or smaller of the same species. Or your gun is set to tranqualize!
