Is this game rigged?

You may be experiencing these problems, like most new players, for the reason that you have let your Victory Points gain too rapidly. Boom Beach does not match players of the same prestige level but of how well their campaign is doing. If you notice while you scout other bases you will see that player's victory points may be within a few below or above you. Players may influence their victory points to achieve this or simply leave the game idle for a while and have the blackguard take their points away. From my Experience, I do the same thing. It is best to leave yourself with a small field of attack by letting a radar remain at level one. That way you do not have to worry about other players even touching you at all. I've been playing a few days now and have headquarters level 6, have not wasted any Diamonds, have gone through all my upgrades with self-sufficiency, and have not lost a single resource to enemy attack. Nor have I been scouted.

I agree the game is rigged, other islands on the map who are supposed to be owned by other players, over a 24 hour period still have the exact amount of commodities as the next day, and attacks on your base are always far stronger than you, plus their forces at their home base are stronger than main Building.

I think boombeach is rigged I am at level 48 some one at 42 beats I attack level 42 with troops far stronger then the level 42 that attack me and I get slaughter also my gunboat is 58 and after one rapid fire drops to 36 and also when attacker attack me my laser a lot of times does nothing

Game is definitely rigged, not only am I experiencing the same problems as you guys, I also noticed something strange, I'm on HQ 19 and it says I can only upgrade to HQ20 after I'm on level 50 with experience points but there is a village on my map that's of another player yet he is on HQ20 but only level 47 like me wtf!

It is because you are baller. You punch over your weight. Either clear your map by defeating everyone or by rejecting everyone and fight the replacements.
