Question for Battle Nations

Newbie question for iphone app. Stone quarry inactive and one of several items with Zzz's. How can I dispatch/control haulers and workers assigned to a task. For purpose of question, assume quarry location isn't an issue.

If you click on the quarry, a popup should appear. In the upper corner on either side should be a power button. As long as you have enough workers, you can open it up again. As for any hauler issue, you have to make sure to put the resource depot within range of the quarry. If you click "network" on the resource depot pop up, it will show you the depot's range and what quarries it's serving. Also, make sure you have workers assigned to driving haulers.
