How do I earn more bars to promote my troops? Past level 4 you need to have 2 bars (military captains) bars. What missions do I need to do to get more of them?

Gold bars can be earned by attacking & invading friends spec ops centres Also if you do a pvp match & earn 40 vp points you can earn bars nano pods & gears
Gold bars can be earned by attacking silver wolves , they are limited armies that is especially hard to defeat when your level is higher but the reward is worth it
You can get them via completing missions (the siege of marlin give you ten) by defeating Silver Wolf attacks (similar to how you get teeth from critters and skulls from raiders) or by raiding/occupying spec-ops centers at your friends bases (occupying gives you 4 every four hours, raiding gives you 1 instantly)
