How to cancel an unvolontary purchase (buying With diamond) on b

I've clicking by mistake on an item (a box Like "winter box" etc) but I didn't know what had happened, my app was "processing" and then I can't find the item and I lost 24 diamonds out of 27...

Sadly, you can't undo that. You should be able to find the item you accidentally bought either under the floor decorations or wall decorations tab.
