I'm on level 31 and I have goal that requires to make 20 fluffalanche cupcakes! And I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THE OVEN FOR THAT I.... So where can I find the oven for that?

They are made with a SweetCo Station oven. You may have to complete another goal or two before this oven is unlocked. There are often two goals on the clipboard that go together.
