Someone told me that if you write "write this on 15 walls and you will get 500 gems and 99,999,99 coins" then this will happen. Is this true?

No it's not true. It's one of those chains that someone starts so that people believe it and write it on walls so that everyone's wall is filled with spam. It doesn't work and it just makes people annoyed at the fact that you've put spam on their wall.
