Can you change how your character looks? I see other people who look different. How?

There is a choice between a girl and a boy, if you want to change your cashier person, go to your main menu and then click messages then go to your profile and there should be a button to change what gender you cashier is

You can also put another character behind your register like helpful Loretta or the little dragon dude or any of the others there and it will replace your avatar character. I hope one day we will be able to customize our avatar, like in Fasion Story. That would be really cool and I think everyone would have a lot of fun with that.
