Springs and paint are parts used to build other ovens or some decorations, when you go into the buy mode some things may have a hammer tool next to them. If you buy these they will appear in a box, not built. When you tap on them, a list of parts you need will pop up- all the stuff you need to build the said object will either be in your gift list (springs, paint etc) or have to be got by asking your friends.
