I bought a second cash register but it is being ignored by my customers. How do I activate it?

Cash registers are only for decoration - they do not increase your productivity on the game.

I bought another door and put a waitress behind the new register I bought..it will also work w/out anyone behind that second register. Just get a new door.

I too have a 2nd cash register and mine works. You have to buy a 2nd door and put your cash register right next to it. A person will not appear because YOU are the cash register, however, the 2nd cash register IS usable and will get customers.

You don't have to add a second door the second cash register works on it's own but I thought it looked funny so I bought the green waitress lady and stuck her behind it, however if when you do this and nobody is behind the other cash register you simply just place the waitress at the empty register and the other girl will be at the other register. Then you have 2 registers and two workers
