There aren't any tools in this game. There isn't an inventory either, there is only storage and my gifts. To get to my gifts, tap "Main" then "My Gifts".
To get things out of storage, make sure it's in storage first, then act like you are going to buy something and tap "Design" then find the item that is in storage. If it's in storage then there will be a number in the corner saying how many are in storage.
