Question for Bad Girl: Dirty Dance

How do you dance ? It dosent give instructions I tried clicking the feet symbols when they get to the feet at the top but nothing happens?? Please answer ASAP

I don't get it at all. How do you play the dancing part of the game. I tried tapping the feet and sliding the direction of the feet and nothing worked.......
