It took me probably a good 20 or so tries... Everytime you lose, upgrade your heroes, the deathcoaster, and whatever other special item you use (I suggest the boomstick). Its all about using your deathcoaster as much as possible. I also recommend using archers with the torch boy, as they are cheap, but stay far enough back from the boss that they can consistently do some damage. The semi-boss female type can also be killed in one shot via the pit.

You won't finish 50 on the first try. It will take several goes but constantly upgrade. While the Deathcoaster may seem the best I've found that the Magic Words and Catapult maxed out are the best as they are immediate. Deathcoaster takes too long to get there. March instantly right at the start and hang around the pit till the blacksmith can be maxed out. Then get the Wiseman and keep throwing horsemen as they are limitless plus Arthur and Alfred though they take awhile to get to the action.Once you get to Endless gameplay these seem to be the best combination. Constantly dive into the throng to build up those Blacksmith points. Gold comes along with them anyway. You'll need to be maxed out on all those to survive the Endless level. Keep them to the far right as long as possible but eventually they will start driving you back around 10 million points. Then you will need to work out strategies to survive as they will push you left. Be aware of their high level archers and your health. Always have the wiseman or you will not survive.
