How do you achieve Level 3-8, "Grand Slam, No Points Lost: Turnover at No Outs with Bases Loaded!" I thought you had to hit a grand slam with no outs in an inning, which I did, but that didn't trigger it. Is it a defensive action, where you have to have bases loaded with no outs and not give up a run? I don't understand the grand slam part then.

You're right. Bases loaded, no outs, no points lost. Think of the Grand Slam part as a defensive grand slam.
