On achievements, on level 10 one of the goals says: passed 10 days of playtime.. What does that mean??

Every minute that you are in the game counts towards the total time. If you go to Manage Team, then choose, Stats, and go to Records, you can see your Total Time. Obviously, once you've been in the game for a total of 240 hours (10 full days) you'll get the card.
