The better location your pitcher has, the more of a chance you will strike someone out. But what I do is I thow a lot of high and in curve balls or high and low fastballs, they are a lot harder to hit when they are up close and high. Do that and you'll get a tons more strikeouts.

The hitters usually swing at sliders that are really far inside, if the sliders are fast. It works best for getting the third strike.
