Hello there. Levelling up cards are very very random. Seriously random. There is no possible way to not level up without fail. If you want a higher chance of success, then go buy the Level Up Success in the app. Here's my tip, if you want to level up cards, play for at least 10-20 matches, once then you should level up. I always do this and my Miguel Cabrera now is level 5. Also, don't waste your cards on draw packs, best save it for level up or green/red/gold packs.
