How do I add more Relief Pitcher slots? My League Mode only has 4 slots for relief pitchers and an abundance of bench players (6).

There is nothing you can do to change this, it's part of the game.
Um you can't add more relief slots... That sucks a lot. What I do is get really good starting pitchers with 90+ endurance. My recommendations are:
Justin Verlander, Roy Halladay, C.C Sabathia, Clayton Kershaw, Chris Carpenter, Tim Lincecum
When you choose pitchers, be sure to look for location and endurance (loc and edr)
