If you go Card Shop, go to "My Cardbox" then select a card. With the card selected, select "Change" in the bottom right hand corner. You will be able to select either "Bench" or "Cardbox." Then change the player.

its because they're not in they're normal position, fir instance a Staring pitcher in a relief pitchers spot

You get a negative on your players if you put them in a place they normally aren't (eg. An infielder in the outfield, a starting pitcher as a relief pitcher, etc.) Make sure they line up in the same area. Fielders don't need to be the same spot exactly, a 1B can play SS and whatnot.

it means there stats decrease because your not playing them in their natural position

If you are trying to put in a pitch batter and say the pitcher is a lefty killer and the batter is a lefty, there is going to be a red -# above their # to show you that the player is weak against the pitcher.

With starting pitchers, you can only change them out on certain days (the game will tell you when). On the days you can make a change, select the starting pitcher you want to drop from your rotation (Gallardo-normal) and touch "change". Then select the pitcher you want to add (Gallardo-hero).

Why do stats drop? Is there a way to stop or slow this down?
