Beat 45 towers with all destroyed?

Is IT possible to beat 45 towers whilst destroying all the enemy and leave have the enemy ticker not to decrease. (I.e. Enemy = 25 ) The Best I have gotten is having the ticker read Enemy = 19. A perfect game, every game should have a way of beating it at level that would dictate that it was a perfect Game.
