Lava Game

When played at fast speeds this is the most difficult level to pass because if you don't avoid the lava and stay in it too long you will lose a life. The way to get past the Lava level is too quickly move your cart by swiping your finger on the screen, this must be done fast and as precise as possible.

Glowing Shooting Power-Up

Always try and pick up this power-up as it provides your gold digger with a super powerful cannon which is capable of destroying the worms and fire pillars. Remember though that you need to shoot the source of fire and not the fire itself in order to destroy them.

Ignore Gold

To survive longer it is better to play safe, it is sometimes more beneficial to ignore the gold and stay alive than get a few nuggets and lose one cart. The best areas to collect more gold are the rail ones.

Mother Worm

This big worm which bites you from behind can be easily avoided, if you move from arrow to arrow you will receive a speed boost which will keep it away.

Spend Money

Don't waste your money on the different wagons in the early stages of the game as they are only aesthetic. It is better to save your money to buy Bambi who costs 15,000 Gold and gives you one extra life at the beginning of every stage. After that it is better to invest in upgrades that give you a permanent gold-gathering advantage.

Characters

When you purchase new characters you will also be purchasing new perks.

End of Stage Gold

When you reach the end of each stage there will be a large pile of Gold which you have a limited amount of time to collect. The best way to collect the most Gold from this pile is to tap as quickly as possible using two or three fingers.

Skill

The only real way to become good at this game is to keep playing so you train your reflexes to their maximum potential.

Starting Stages

Try and get as much as you can from the starting stages which are easier to navigate so it makes your in-game missions easier.

Exclamation Marks

When an exclamation mark appears on screen it announces incoming dangers like worms. You need to stay away from them but make sure you do not end up avoiding a worm only to hit a fire pillar or rock.

Floating Star

Make sure you collect the floating star when it appears on screen, keep an eye out for it's tail as this is where it will appear. Each floating star you manage to collect will give you two extra seconds in the mini-game which means more Gold.
