If you visit random players by selecting the 'Social' tab and then helping them out by speeding up whatever it is they are doing by tapping on their habitat the chances are that player will return the favour and help you.

Make more space for habitats by clearing your island of ALL the trees and rocks. You can also sell the cobblestone roads as they are just cosmetic and not essential to the game.

When your monster reaches level 4 or higher they will be able to fight in the arena, important factors to take into consideration when you battle in the arena is your monsters rarity, type, and level along with their elemental type, strengths and weaknesses.

Avoid the temptation of spending gems to speed up tasks or purchase rare creatures and instead use them for long term investments where they will be more beneficial.

When you have reached level 15 you will be able to unlock the Crystal Unicorn. It will cost you 270.000 coins to purchase it's habitat and you will need to wait 45 hours to breed and hatch it. To breed it use Turtisle and Armordillo or Solar Simian and Chameneon. The most common combination to create the Crystal unicorn is Fire, Nature, Earth and Water.

The premium currency in the game is gems and these can be earned for free by completing Achievements, completing Battlegrounds battles, and by getting them from your neighbors.

When you reach level 11 the mine will appear towards the right side of your island. Always take advantage of the mine as it allows you to use explosives when searching for Runes which can then be used to expand your island.

Make sure you are constantly growing food so that you are able to keep your monsters fed, especially when you get past level 4. Place as many farms as possible on your property and ensure that they are always active.

Make sure you level up your monsters whenever possible so you increase the amount of coins they are able to generate per hour.

There is no way to guarantee breeding a specific monster but you can increase your chances of getting it if you first examine one in the shop so you can see what type of elements are needed to breed it.

When you reach level 10 the Frostfang will become unlocked, the Frostfang is the first water monster and enables you to start beeding water creatures.

To increase the probability of getting rare monsters you need to breed as often as possible, your chances will also improve if you wait longer for your egg to breed or hatch.
