Seating

You can earn bouns points by colour coordinating customers to seats when they are available. Although it may take a few seconds before you are able to wait the customers when they are first seated you need to make sure customers don't become too impatient with waiting as they will leave and you will lose valuable points on your high score. If the customers are becoming impatient you can help the situation by tapping on the coffee and then on the customers to serve them coffee. Doing this will make them more patient and willing to wait for the food and service.

Cheques

As soon as customers have finished eating you need to take their cheques before they can leave the restaurant. This has to be done quickly so that the next customers can be seated soon after.

Dirty Dishes

When the customers have left tap on their tables to pick up their dirty dishes and then, tap on the dish tub to have the dishes washed.

Chain Actions

You can earn extra points if you chain actions together by tapping on them before they have a chance to complete.

Happy Hour

If you have done well in a round 'Happy Hour' may occur, although this event only lasts a few seconds you need to take advantage of it. 'Happy Hour' makes every customer worth more points, customers will not get angry and impatient, and you will receive a huge influx of customers.

Boosts

If you are struggling to meet customer demands you can use various boosts to make the rounds you play easier. If you find yourself in an impossible situation you can use the 'Clean Sweep Tornado' Mega Boost which will get you out of any hairy situation you may find yourself in as it wipes the screen of all characters and dishes allowing you to have a clean slate. This Mega Boost is enabled by tapping on the icon found in the lower left corner of the screen.
