I fixed mine,, i back my settings according to date then i put it in automatic then in csr i use my gold to buy a gas then i try to race in rr,, then after 8 minutes it works normally....

Not sure since there are older comments with this issue. I used date thing with success getting fuel and coins sparingly. Worked for about a week then i got stuck with the never refill gas.

I fixed it by opening the app on my phone and it asked if I wanted to update to the server save or your device save. It was only a loss of one level and about 100 grand, but I get gas now.

Be warned I think the csr team are wise to this and the new version allows you to use that glitch, but when you win the cards in multiplayer they all become fuel. They may have to spot you cheating first however.
