Skill Procs
At the end of a battle you will have an opportunity to earn a large amount of experience and coins when you decide to either destroy the opposition or let them go. Select the 'Destroy' option and use the Skill Procs you have saved on them so you can finish this part of the game as quickly as possible.
Increase Troop Stats
The best way to strengthen your troops is to keep playing until you level them up. When your troops level up their stats will increase.
