How to live forever at BR3D.
Use fire and earth as your elements. Use passive power of quad regeneation at 3star level. Keep the tower at the first 3 sections. This way you never have to worry about the overseer, or the towers. The towers cannot deploy and the overseer can be hit with a fireball when you are killing the rest of the pesky humans. If the humans get a little further on building the tower, hit the ramp with a fireball at full strength and blast it back to kindling.
