In House Flipper 2 you flip real estate by cleaning up and restoring houses. As you play through the campaign you are given specific tasks to complete. These must be completed in sequence and are accompanied by a story.

• Complete Jobs in the Correct Order

  When you begin a job in House Flipper 2 you will have a list of what needs doing in your notebook. You are free to go through them in any order but the most efficient way to organize your time is to complete them in the following order.

• 'Flip' any items you can, such as large dressers and lumber
• Throw out any garbage littering the room
• Clean any stains and grimy windows
• Demolish any walls that are marked for removal
• Paint walls indicated
• Refinish desired surfaces with tile or wallpaper
• Purchase desired furnishings
• Unpack boxes, as directed by the client

• Use New Perks Immediately

  Every so often a perk for one specific part of your toolkit will become unlocked. Make sure you use it immediately, it costs nothing to use and will make your house flipping a lot more efficient. Making sure you upgrade the cleaning and trash collection parts of your toolkit is particularly important as you will be using them all the time.

• Clean Things Thoroughly

  Things must be cleaned thoroughly in House Flipper 2 before you can move on to something else. If there is even a speck of dirt that has not been cleaned you will have to scour every surface trying to find where it is before it counts as clean. The best strategy is to not move on to the next stain until the counter in the top-right corner shows that your current one has been cleaned.

• Complete Jobs for More Money

  Finishing a job to completion will net you more money than if you hand it in unfinished. Whether you don't like cleaning, buying furniture, unpacking, or another aspect of House Flipper 2 there is no real penalty besides losing a bit of money if you decide you want to hand a job in early and move on to a more interesting one.

  Make sure when you are flipping a house for a client you only purchase items that you have been directed to buy by a specific 'Quests' menu on the 'Pause' menu.

  When you first access the menu, you will see a list of items under the 'Buy' header that you must purchase to furnish the current room. Purchase directly so you avoid browsing the merchant's full line of merchandise and end up buying things you don't need.

• Sell Unused Tiles and Paint

  The likelihood is you will have unused tiles and paint left over at the end of a flip. Instead of throwing them away, you can recoup a bit of the money you spent by selling them.
