Hogwarts Legacy's Minding Your Own Business Quest is only accessible to PlayStation players as it is part of theeir exclusive Haunted Hogsmeade Shop mission series which means if you are playing Hogwarts Legacy on another platform then you won't have access to this quest.
If you are playing the game on PlayStation 4 or 5 then you can get access to the Minding Your Own Business Quest even if you just have the standard version of the game. To find it you just have to complete the Fire and Vice main story quest, this will take you to an interaction with a house-elf named Penny and will signal the start of Minding Your Own Business.
