The Hitman: Sniper Challenge Challenges are special objectives within the game that are intended to be completed in addition to the main goal, which is to assassinate the target. Each Challenge presents as a specific set of objectives or single objective, the reward for the completion of which is a combination of money, points, and as indicated below, point modifiers that stack to offer you a much larger return on your efforts once you have completed a significant number of the Challenges.
The following challenges -- and their rewards -- are present in the game and are listed below in the order in which they appear in the game:
Leap of the Ninja - Put the Ninja out of his misery.
Reward: Grants a 1.07 point modifier.
No Pigeons Were Harmed - Damn pigeons are in the way.
Reward: Grants a 1.07 point modifier.
Bored Chipmunk - Left out of the party.
Reward: Grants a 1.05 point modifier.
Long Live the Patriot - That's a knockout.
Reward: Grants a 1.05 point modifier.
Gnome Invasion - Gnomes are invading the apartment.
Reward: Grants a 1.07 point modifier.
Elevated - Free elevator ride.
Reward: Grants a 1.07 point modifier.
Ohh Mine God! - Activate the Mines.
Reward: Grants a 1.05 point modifier.
It's a Trap! - They don't need more alcohol.
Reward: Grants a 1.06 point modifier.
Rapid Execution - Finish the assignment in 2:30 minutes.
Reward: Grants a 1.07 point modifier.
Crack All Eggs - Kill all targets with headshots.
Reward: Grants a 1.09 point modifier.
Wow! - Remove the stripper Evidence.
Reward: Grants a 1.06 point modifier.
Mr. X - Who is this mystery man?
Reward: Grants a 1.12 point modifier.
Fly By Prevented - Shoot the Flying Pigeon.
Reward: Grants a 1.20 point modifier.
Run the Duck - They are always there.
Reward: Grants a 1.07 point modifier.
As previously noted the rewards for each of these Challenges stack up, and offer the player a significant increase in the points/money that they earn for each of the play-through sessions of the Hitman: Sniper Challenge.
A Note About Identity
Going by almost all of the Introduction voice-overs, the text, and supporting documentation for this mini-game it is evident that we are supposed to be playing as Agent 47, but at several points during game play your ICA Agency Handler -- Diana -- addresses you as Agent 57, not Agent 47, which does give one pause to wonder? After lengthy discussion we decided to chalk it up as a continuity error and ignore it...
