Getting Started

The first thing you will be asked to do is to customize your character. You can choose a male or female protagonist, then click either the Randomize or Customize buttons. The Randomize button is handy if you don't have that much time to invest in making your character look unique. The game will pick a random selection of properties to assign to your character. Click Randomize again if you are not happy with these to get another set. Customize lets you pick a face type, eye and skin color, body type, accessories such as helmets, and finally clothes.

With that done, you will be introduced to a basic tutorial. You need to help the two characters (the Duke and Yvette) fight off the pair of Gloom Rats. Simply click on each one to do this. Yvette will then have a quest for you to build her a house in your new kingdom. Accept, then place her house somewhere in the cleared area. You also need to collect Wood and Stone for it.
