Letter Scrap #11

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

This one is cleverly placed. It is over by Vespucci Beach as well, but in one of the canal tunnels. Find Palomino Avenue on your map and follow it until you find where it crosses over a waterway. You want to go into the waterway and search the median support columns which have small thin stretches of concrete. The letter is on top of one of these.

Have you been to the fairground yet? North of Vespucci Beach is a pier with a lot of fairground rides on it. At the very end of the pier is the "Pearls Restaurant". Head to the back of the restaurant and climb up the right stairs to a second floor. Go around the corner by the restrooms and at the end you will find this letter scrap.

This one is on the Vespucci Bvld bridge, which is in east Los Santos (where Vespucci Bvld and Popular Street meet). From the right side of the bridge drive west. At the first "box" on the bridge on the left you will see this scrap letter hanging out.

Get ready to climb! This one is on top of the highest crane in the city! First find the construction area near the corner of Power Street and Vespucci Bvld. They are building a new skyscraper. Now, from the north end of the street head into the construction building (roof overhead) and look to your left for a yellow structure that is the base to a gigantic crane. After that, start climbing!

You will be climbing for quite awhile. Four minutes at least. At the top of the crane (not the very top, the level right below), check out the ledge to your left (the shorter ledge) for a parachute: a nice and easy way down after this. Then head up one more final ladder near the center to find this very elevated scrap letter.

Time for the movies! If you've gotten to the Solomon part of the game yet have Michael do this one since he can enter the movie lot without the police alarm going off. Head to the intersection of Movie Star Way and Industry Passage, northwest of the Del Perro Freeway. Head west down Industry Passage and you will see the Richards Majestic movie set.

Head in (do this next part fast if you are breaking in) and stop at the first alley off to the left. Get out of the car and run down the alley, sticking to the left wall. Turn the left corner and head up the first stairwell you see. At the top is the Letter Scrap.

Well we're headed for another construction site. Don't worry, we aren't going to climb 500 stories this time. Head to the intersection of Power Street and Occupation Avenue. South of that intersection on your in-game map is a construction zone. Head south down Power Street to the grey dirt road leading into the construction zone and look for a pit. Head down there and look for yet another pit - this one surrounded by small orange barriers. Down inside of it is this letter scrap.

This one is by a resevoir. First find the intersection of Mirror Park Blvd and Glory Way, in northeast Los Santos. It is east of the Los Santos Freeway. Just to the east of that intersection is a small lake, controlled by a small damn structure. The scrap letter is on the middle concrete support pillar of the lake's dam structure. You can survive a fall from the road if you wish.

This one is in the Pacific Bluffs area, but just saying that is pretty vague, so try and find the W Eclipse Blvd and N Rockford Drive intersection. Just to the east of that is some grassy area, with a small lake and a small island. Head over there and check out that island. Not only is it a very pretty place (where you can sometimes find Michael hanging out), but it also has this scrap letter.

For this one we are headed to north / northeast Los Santos. Find Hawick Avenue and Power Street. Now on that intersection we want the building that is to the northeast (it should say Hawaiian Snow on the building). Go north up Power Street and down the first alley to the right, then climb up the building. On the top is a halfpipe with the letter in the middle. Cowabunga!

Letter Scrap #20

This one is at a fancy hotel. The hotel in question is located on the west coast of the game island. Follow the Great Ocean Highway out of Los Santos and watch for it to have a road breaking off called Ineseno Road. South of that on the beach is a nice hotel. Around back is a bar / pool area. Search around the bar here for the scrap letter.
