After finishing the final Epsilon Mission (Our Strangers and Freaks Mission #46 - Unknowing The Truth), you will get an angry text from Marnie... go figure. Turns out Kraff has mercy (at least with Marnie) and she gives us another job to do... "write the tract which has already been written".
Uh.. sure. So in laymen's terms, we have some collecting to do. In this section we will tell you where to find all 10 of the hidden Epsilon Tracts in the game (keep in mind they only show up after you've finished all of the Epsilon Missions).
We also include video links in case you need help above and beyond!
Kifflom!
Epsilon Tract #1
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"WE WORSHIP KRAFF WHERE THE EARTH REACHES OUT TO THE 9TH PARADIGM"
This bit of gibberish is talking about the highest point in the game... Mt. Chilead. Head up to the top of the mountain (you can do it quickly using the cable cars) and at the top where the telescopes are you can find this tract.
Epsilon Tract #2
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"Where the first of the fleet succumbed to the waves, there the message is seeded."
This one is a bit harder, but you can tell right away that she means somewhere underwater. Well, check out your map. Look at the very southeast section of San Andreas and you'll see that just east of the Palomino Highlands is a long island that stretches to the north. Well, the underwater section you want to explore is between that island and the coast, in just about the center of the small circular-ish patch of water. You'll find the wreck of "the fleet" that Marnie mentioned and the tract on the seabed. Check the video for an in-depth look if you need it.
Epsilon Tract #3
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"When they sail from the North, they will find this offering."
This one is a bit simpler than the last one. Basically you are supposed to sail from the north coast and search the very northern island you can find, which shouldn't be too hard for you to do. You don't have to sail, of course, as you can easily swim out there as well. Up to you. Check the video if you need more help.
Epsilon Tract #4
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"In the core of the mountain where the blast is not felt, there you shall find it."
This one is pretty simple, actually. You know it is going to be inside a mountain and there's only so many of those places. This underground pass that you are looking for is the one on the way to the Altruist Camp, in the Chiliead Mountain State Wilderness. Enter it from the southeast entrance and keep your eyes peeled for the first man-made stairs on the left. You will find the tract sitting on them.
Epsilon Tract #5
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"In the rubble of the old religion, will be the basis for the new."
This one sounds like it would be by a destroyed church... well, its by a church, just not a destroyed one. In the Vespucci area look at your map and find San Andreas Avenue and Ginger Street. South of that intersection is an old church. Search around the base of it (right of the main entrance) to find this tract.
Epsilon Tract #6
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"Where the first fleet sailed, the new fleet will find its map."
Oh great, another ocean one? Well you lucked out my friend, this one is actually on a pier. More specifically, the Sonar Docks pier. If you have no idea where that is (sigh...), it is off Route 1 on the west side of the coast, just south of Paleto Bay. Find the dock and search the lower pier (where a boat would dock) to find it.
Epsilon Tract #7
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"What dwelling is worthy of Kraff? He is humble, yet we exalt him."
Now we're looking for dwellings. Too hard to find on your own (so let us tell you where it is!). This one is near the entrance of a mansion off of Richman Street, which is northwest of the Golf Club. Drive east from the Richman Street and N Rockford Drive intersection, then up the first driveway on the left (it is a long one). You will see it at the entrance.
Epsilon Tract #8
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"We are not dinosaurs, nor plants, but a tree in the jet stream may hold Kraff's true word."
Yeah, that makes no sense. Anyway, head back to the very top of Mount Chiliad, to the telescope platform. Now, from there look to the northeast and you'll see two trees. The tract is next to the big one, so go down and get it.
Epsilon Tract #9
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"The tallest obelisk of glass and steel holds no comparison to the word of Kraff."
This one is an easy hint: head to the tallest building. This of course means you will need a helicopter. You can easily steal a helicopter from the downtown emergency center (intersection of Crusade Road and Capital Blvd). Now you want to head to the Maze Bank building in downtown Los Santos (it is right across from the building under construction, you can't miss it). You will find the tract in the middle of the helipad.
Epsilon Tract #10
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
"Where they discard their earthly prisons, there you may find the gem of a higher civilization."
So this one is obviously in a graveyard, right? The graveyard in question here is the one south of the Kortz Center, the one with the lake. In fact, you need to head to that lake. You'll find a large tomb there and the final tract will be sitting by the side of it.
You may find yourself wondering what your reward is for doing all of this. Well, you will be able to read the full tract of course! Once you are done collecting all of the tracts, Marnie will send you an internet link with "The Epsilon Tract of the 9th Paradigm. Year 157."
...
Kifflom?
