Each medal has four levels or stars. The requirement to reach the next level or star changes as you increase in level. Maxing out a medal makes it an Onyx. The easiest probably is the Survivalist medal which will just require you to complete 40 sections of campaign without reloading from a checkpoint. Death to the COG (10 points)

Killed with all classes of Locust in Overrun

Select Overrun. This is easily done in a private match with bots. Make sure to turn off the Mercy Rule to prolong the game. There are two tiers of Locust class that you can play. You’ll start with Tier 1 locusts which costs nothing to play. Tier 2 however, requires a certain amount of points before you can play them. Points are accumulated by killing enemies and dealing damage. Once you’ve reached the required points for your preferred T2 class, you can use those points to play as that class. The spent points are technically consumed so you have to earn points a gain to play the same class or get a different T2 class.

Tier 2: Rager (1500), Serapede (2400), Mauler (3500), Corpser (5000)

Survivor (10 points)

Completed wave 10 on all maps in Survival mode

The maps in Survival mode are: Skyline, Island, Estate and Junkyard.

It will be easier to play this with friends but it is still possible to rely on bots and play this alone on Casual. You have an E-Hole to protect against waves of enemies. There’s not time limit and enemy types and composition will vary for every wave. If your E-Hole gets destroyed twice, you have to defend the generator.

There are three Versus modes (Free for All, Team Deathmatch and Domination) with four maps (Gondola, Rig, Library, Streets). You have to win 12 matches in all modes and maps. You can play against bots on Casual mode if you want to do this alone.

Jack of All Trades (10 points)

Won 10 matches of Overrun

Overrun mode will allow you to play either as Locusts or Humans. As a human, you have to defend the e-hole whereas as a locust, you have to destroy it. There are barriers that you can erect or you must destroy in order to defend or destroy the objective.
