Warren Mission #2: State of the Union

"Deliver a message from Goodman to the Construction team"

As soon as this mission starts, you need to get in the Limousine provided and head to the construction site. Some workers are striking which makes Goodman's election campaign look pretty shaky - the reason they're striking is because we blew up the Convention Center construction site earlier. Drive to the location marked with the objective indicator.

Benny was supposed to be coming with us, but as it's our fault he's sitting this one out. Once at the destination, head onto the Construction Site. The Union Boss is at the top - we need to fight our way up to him.

Take out the few goons as you make your way through the site.

Note: Be sure to get the Vehicle Collectible on top of one of the offices/portacabins in this area.

Soon you will start heading downwards again, and before long you will come upon a cover point overlooking an open area. Take cover and pick off the guards below. Once the area is clear, head to the next waypoint. You'll pass through a large pipe and have a few more to take out, then another pipe. Just as you're about to enter it, a handful of enemies will come at you. deal with them and move through this second pipe.

the next area is quite tough as there are even more enemies between you and the Union Boss. Once you have moved though, however, you are able to interact with the computer at the top and 'deal with' the union boss to finish this lengthy mission.
