Too Soon

Governor Branco has been re-elected, but Jessica has One Last Job for us (with a massive reward). The media is focussed on the gang problem in Rio, but we need something else for them to concentrate on. Jessica suggests a terrorist attack. For this, we're going to need a plane.

Meet Fumo at the Marina to kick things off. He's had the plane decked out with a new look and weaponry, but is worried the army will get involved if we stage a terrorist attack. With that being the case, the first order of business is to deal with the army. Take off and fly to their aircraft carrier. If you get in low enough you should easily be able to destroy the planes parked there. It only takes a few shots for each, and other than a few foot soldiers, there isn't much resistance.

With that done, Fumo and Angel decided that the most effective terrorist attack would be against the city's statue and cultural symbol - so head there next. Line up your shot and destroy the statue. Following that, you just need to land the plane in the jungle so it can't be traced back to you and Fumo (who seems very concerned, perhaps because he painted the plane in the Assassino colors?). This will complete the mission.
