Lube Strike

This Jessica Medeiros mission requires you to cause an accident at an oil refinery owned by the drilling company Brasoline. Peralta managed to deflect the pornography incident by securing a lucrative contract for the company, so we now need to make that backfire for him. Head to the refinery by following the arrow on your map.

Once there, you will be informed that the plan is to plant some explosives at the refinery. Collect the body armor then head up the slope and take out the guard. You then need to jump across the gap (hold down the sprint button and direct Angel across) into the arrow. He will then plant the first bomb, with three more to go. Continue forward and drop down, then head to the left. Get into cover and pick off the two enemies in the distance. Move up to where they were, then climb the scaffolding at the back. Head along the pipes and into the arrow marker to plant bomb number two (this bomb is also up high, so look for the arrow from the ground to get an idea where it is if you are stuck.

To get to bomb three, drop down from the pipes and head to the right, taking out the two guards hiding amongst the crates. Collect the body armor and any medkits on your way, then go down the steps to the right at the end of this section. You should be able to see the arrow for bomb three in front of you. Plant it, then move in the direction of the next arrow. You'll have two enemies to deal with almost straight away, then if you head up the pipes to the left, will have to cross a bridge with two more. Drop down at the end and then get into cover to take care of the enemy to the right.

Climb up the scaffolding behind him to get up high and you will see the final arrow. Once in position, Angel notices Councilman Peralta making a speech below. We have express orders not to injure him, so you need to continue along the pipes and up another level to the next blue arrow. Angel will set off the alarm, at which point you will have succeeded in scaring off Peralta. Note, firing your weapon does not scare him off and may result in a failed mission!

Continue on to the next arrow where you must plant the final charge. With that done, you have a very short amount of time to escape the refinery. There are a few guards to kill on the way, though some of them you are better off running past due to the time limit. Eventually you will come to a final blue arrow (there are a couple on the way but your time doesn't get extended) and jump away from the refinery to safety.
