Get to Da Choppah

We need to stop the DICS from installing their new surveillance equipment. To do this, we can use the police helicopter that is parked on top of the helicopter. Head there first. Once you reach the first waypoint, a new one will appear on top of the hopsital roof. To get there, go around the side of the building and climb up the fire escape. There will be a single guard here to deal with.

After that, get in the helicopter and take off. We now need to destroy all of the aforementioned surveillance equipment. This is pretty simple, you just need to follow the red dots on your map, fly over to them (reasonably low to the ground) and target them with the helicopter's built-in machine gun. It will only take a few seconds of sustained gunfire to take them out. Once you've dealt with all four of them, the mission is complete. Note that you shouldn't encounter any resistance on your journey, so feel free to take it easy.
