Drive with Larissa to the club where she works by following the waypoint. You will find that Pilar is having trouble with customers, and is in fact being beaten up - intervene by beating up the two guys bothering her. Once that's done, more will arrive in a van, and you will need to take care of these two as well.

Finally, Pilar will tell you that a TV Producer who is a client of hers has a job for a stunt driver, and she thought of you. But that mission is something for the future, and this current quest ends.
