Unlock Everything
On the mode select screen where you can choose between Story Mode,Arcade Mode,etc,etc,highlight Arcade Mode.
Press
Up,Up,Down,Down,Left,Right,Left,Right,A,B,Start,Start.If you entered the code correctly,a screen will come up saying the entire game is now unlocked.
