The nuts and bolts are laying on the ground, in the air by vines, on tree houses, flowing water waterways, secret holes in the ground (on the floor and platforms), secret holes in the wall (on the floors and platforms), floating around a revolving turn tracks, caves and wherever you can find them.

First, find the lever and pull the lever down. Now get to a place where you can easily reach the elephant. Now jump on the cage to save the elephant or if it's on the platform just walk up to the cage and the elephant will be saved.
