in bianco hills episode 8, get the rocket nozzle by the secret minigame in level 3 then jump on to the tight wire (note: it's the rocket nozzle buy the hillside cave secret were all the red coins are). collect a coin on the tight rope if you want then, standing still, use a desired amount of water from your rocket nozzle (using all means never ending fall). then walk out until the wind comes out. stand still or you will deactivate the suprise. a hint for the surprise, you will fall between 1-5 minutes. that might give you a hint!
