3. Damage the bars and take key
3. Return to back of the arena
4. There you will find the gate with the keyhole

Once you are in the "Mr. Snowtato Head" level in the snow area, go to the way to the scarf. Go left and you will see a path. Go walk on the path until you are in a cave. Go in the cave and up the icy hill until you see a rope. Go up the rope, then jump outside of the well. You will see 200 or 300 funny money!
