You start out with Joey and two villagers but then you can get Tea, Tristen, Espa, and Bakura. Most of the Characters are from Yugi's story. Yugi doesn't join Joey's pack.
On Joey`s story mode you start off with Joey,Jussel,and Malaikura.You can get Tristan, Mai, and Tea.
