You have to break one of the cages and climb to the top, then up the chain then press Y to swing to the platform and there you have it.

If you try to swing from the chains, you'll never get it. The easiest way is when you get to the side with the wrestler, just grab a box, run up the stairs, put the box right beside big crate, climb on top of the box, and then climb on top of the crate and you got it.
