Is there a way to make your caw specal go up faster cause mine goes up so slow

To make your Special go up faster, have your CHARISMA be at least 8.
Also, have this move I your arrsenal: "TRADING HEADBUTTS", because this builds up slightly some special for each headbutt.

You MUST have at least 8 charisma. Plus, it helps to have alot of moves that strike continuously, such as grappling headbutts, shoulder thrusts,(while on turnbuckle) and mounted punches.
