Beat venom on the last mission and when you complete the game you'll have an option on the menu to switch hero (then the game will switch you to venom
Once you beat the game, it will say in the little box in the middle of the screen, "Hero Change Unlocked!" which means that if you pause the game, below the Exit Game button there will be a button that says "Hero Change." Once you go to it, it will say, "Are you sure you want to switch from (the character you are,) to, (the other character.)
