Okay, the cave is where you go down this hill on the opposite side you came up at and it will be blocked off by rope so you have to jump over the rope to get there and then go threw the cave and it will shoot you out of the sign, (I think it's a Holly Wood sign) but first you have to get a high combo and go threw with the combo. I think he's in front of this tall building. Just look at your compass and follow the purple thing on your compass and you will find him. I hope I helped ^_^
