Question for Timesplitters 2

I need help with the level called "Atom Splitter" on Easy mode. For the magnet part. I hit the "R" button and nothing happend and the camera will not actevate the magnet! What will I do?

You gotta move with the bomb and follow it as it goes then it will be picked up. Then you drop it to the right in a bin to disable it....=)
